FIVE TRACKS FEATURED ON IRISH FOCUS

Ian Fortune

There is plenty to reflect on in the latest instalment of the Irish Focus on sisracing.tv.

After a few quiet days last week due to the high temperatures, racing returned on Saturday night and we had reason to visit Shelbourne Park, Curraheen Park, Limerick, Thurles and Mullingar.

Curraheen Park hosted the opening round of the Shelley Fennelly Memorial Open Bitch 525 and there were three fine displays, most notably from Carrigeen Whit. We will look back at all three before moving into Limerick for the final of the West Limerick Treaty Cup over the 350yd trip and the semi-finals of the hugely valuable TIME Club A4 Derby

We will also drop in on Mullingar to bring you the semi-finals of the Pat Curtin Memorial Cup. Next up we also play a flying visit to Thurles for the fastest semi-final display in the Centenary Agri Tipperary Cup

before finishing up at Shelbourne Park where there was a really top-class card.

Aside from finals of the Celtic Cooling Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Open Unracedand that of the stayer’s classic, the Donal Beatty Memorial Corn Cuchulainn, we will also bring you some superb action from the undercard.

It really was a wonderful few days in Irish greyhound racing. The Irish Focus will go live at 6pm so head over to https://www.sisracing.tv/tag/irish/.
