Talking Dogs TV is back for the Derby 2nd Round this weekend.
Talking Dogs TV will air both nights of the 2nd Round of the BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby LIVE from Shelbourne Park.
Talking Dogs TV is an online streaming service which means you can watch it on your internet-enabled device from home or while out and about.
When will it air?
Episode 17 - Friday 20th August Round 2, Night 1
Episode 18 - Saturday 21st August Round 2, Night 2
The programmes will air from 7.30pm to 10.30pm as normal and will focus solely on the racing in Shelbourne Park. The programme will feature all 16 of the heats of the 2nd Round of the BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby, 8 on Friday and 8 on Saturday.

Each episode will be available to buy at the standard price of €10* per episode after the early bird offer ends on the Wednesday before it airs.

If you’ve not watched Talking Dogs TV previously you will need to create a log-in for the service in order to purchase your viewing pass. This is quick and easy and can also be done by connecting to your social media profiles.
How to Purchase your Early Bird Offer
Visit the Talking Dogs TV website on https://page.inplayer.com/TalkingDogsTV/
Scroll down on the TDTV homepage and you will see both episodes from Round 2 displayed. Click on either episode from Round 2 to purchase the early bird offer for that round. Click on the blue button ‘GET YOUR LIVE STREAM PASS’ and you will see a payment window. This window will confirm the Round you are purchasing.
Once the early bird offer has ended you will be able to purchase your preferred episode individually.
Who will be presenting the programme?
The studio team of Barry Caul and Rob Catterson will be joined by Ian Fortune in the commentary box and there will also be track-side reporting for you to enjoy. It’s a must-watch for greyhound racing fans.
Will all of the Derby be shown on Talking Dogs TV?
No, Talking Dogs TV will only show the opening two rounds (4 nights) of the 2021 competition. Racing Post Greyhound TV will air the BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby from the third round onwards.
What do I need to do to watch it?
Visit the Talking Dogs TV website and click on the ‘Get Your Live Stream Pass’ button. You can do this in advance and we recommend you do this as early as possible to avoid any delays. First time users will need to register.
