LAURELS HEADLINES IRISH FOCUS

With the Derby now behind us, attention quickly switched to the Bar 1 Betting Irish Laurels which got underway at Curraheen Park on Saturday night.

Tonight’s instalment of the Irish Focus on sisracing.tv will feature a look back at the highlights of the opening round, although there is plenty more to reflect on from around the country.

We kick off at Dundalk and the final of the Track Supporters Club ON1 400, which featured a couple of bright prospects. Kilkenny is next up with a look back at the fine success off Mission Control in the hugely valuable Lennies Derby.

It’s then onto Shelbourne’s Friday action for a look back at a stunning debut from Mystical Nala as she created a bit of history. We will also take the opportunity to get to Thurles for the semi-finals of the Kasco Unraced before returning to Shelbourne for the semi-finals of the Paddy Merriman Memorial, while also bringing you a fine run from the undercard.

We then finish up at Curraheen Park, Cork, for the opening round of the Bar 1 Betting Irish Laurels, including a look back at the track record breaking display of Ballymac Setanta.
