In the first of a new series, Ian Fortune travelled to Ballymena in Co. Antrim to meet Lynda Bonner.

Lynda shares memories and stories with Ian from her childhood when the love of greyhounds was fostered by her family, in particular her late dad, through to today. Did you know that Lynda has an OBE? She shares the story with us and how her dad saved the day when she nearly missed her chance to meet the Queen!

Lynda is at the heart of the greyhound community in Northern Ireland, playing an active role in helping her local greyhound stadia promote themselves, the sport, and the love of greyhounds.
