SHELBOURNE PARK CALLS ON PAST IRISH OAKS CHAMPIONS TO SHARE THEIR STORIES & TROPHIES

As the countdown begins to the 2025 Sporting Press Irish Oaks, Shelbourne Park is reaching out to the legends of the past, both human and canine, to help honour the history of one of Irish greyhound racing’s most prestigious competitions.

In the lead-up to this year’s event, Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium is planning to include a feature at its on-site museum, dedicated to the rich legacy of the Sporting Press Irish Oaks.

They are now calling on past winners, owners, trainers, and connections to donate or lend their trophies, memorabilia, and personal stories to be part of this unique celebration

Anyone with items or stories related to previous Irish Oaks winners, whether from recent years or decades past is encouraged to get in touch on museum@grireland.ie.
