TANK AND FAITHFUL FAVOURITE FOR EASTER CUP SEMIS

BOYLE Sports have issued prices for the semi-finals of the Shelbourne Park Bookmakers Easter Cup and they are of the belief that Lennies Tank and Droopys Faithful will take some stopping in their respective assignments.

Lennies Tank takes on Droopy Kathleen in the opening semi and the duo dominate the betting with the former an even money chance to follow up last week’s wonderful display, while Kathleen is 7-4 to get back to winning ways.

Callaway Knegare is next in at 6-1 from an ideal draw in red with Coosane Pickles the only other runner on single figure odds at 8-1. Ballyhooly Bruno and Lemon Hidalgo are 12-1 and 14-1 respectively.

Droopys Faithful is 11-8 for the second heat despite her second-round defeat. Callaway Five also suffered defeat last weekend but is just 5-2 to get back to winning ways. Lemon Orla boasts an unbeaten record in the classic and won’t be shy of support at 4-1. Miami Hans is 6-1 after two encouraging runs in defeat with the Paul Hennessy trained duo of Lennies Madge and Boylesports Blue available at 8-1 and 10-1. Both markets can be seen below.
