PUBLIC HEALTH ARRANGEMENTS AT GRI VENUES FROM 22ND OCTOBER

GRI

Following the Government announcement, on the 19th October there will be a further easing of COVID 19 public health restrictions in relation to indoor events from Friday 22nd October. This change now permits for increased capacity indoors for sporting events. The requirement is that all spectators/patrons should be fully seated when indoors, with standing only permitted at your seat.

The following protective measures will remain in place in-line with the updated guidance:

-          Requirement for EU Digital COVID Certificate (COVID-19 pass) (vaccine or recovery certificate) to be produced to avail of the available indoor seating.

-          Face masks must be worn (can be removed for consumption of food or drinks as appropriate).

-          Collection of contact information for contract tracing.

-          Additional seating will be placed throughout the general areas available on a first come first served basis. We would ask that preference is given to patrons who are elderly, with special needs or disabilities. Patrons are asked to remain seated a limit their movement while at the venue.

On arrival to the stadium at all points of entry patrons, owners, trainers etc will asked to produce EU Digital COVID Certificate (COVID-19 pass) (vaccine or recovery certificate). In the event that these can not be produced patrons will not be permitted to access the available indoor seating.

These measures will be kept under review and adjustments made as required. As always, the support of our patrons in the implementation of COVID 19 preventive measures is greatly appreciated.
