The Kingdom Greyhound Stadium held a remembrance night on Saturday night with each race on the night carrying a winner’s prize of €700.
It was fantastic to see Oreo Ollie return to winning form for trainer Jack Kennelly and owners the Random Bag Syndicate. The even money favourite led before the opening corner, displaying plenty of speed up front, the classy performer went on to beat Trions Tribe, a recent Laurels finalist, by a length and a half, in 30.09. A most impressive winning performance in the parents of Dermot and Bridget Fitzgerald remembrances AA0 550.
