Rory is joined by a special guest in this episode, his daughter Aoife Burke.

Aoife didn't grow up in a greyhound family but would have spent many childhood nights greyhound racing with her grandfather. She and her fiancée David started out purchasing one greyhound at the sales in Thurles and have steadily grown their kennel.

They enjoyed a great year last year with 23 winners in Curaheen Park to become the leading owner last year.

Aoife chats about her experience in greyhound racing, their recent move into breeding and shares her advice about getting involved.
