In this video, Part 2 of the Irish Retired Greyhound Trust's #GreyhoundWednesdayWisdom series, they are joined by Elizabeth Gray MVB MRCVS, a Veterinary Surgeon in Limerick.

Elizabeth is sharing tips for people who are preparing to welcome a retired racing Greyhound into their family and helping to answer some questions they might have about their care.

Elizabeth gives you some helpful advice on bedding, food & treats and exercise.

The Irish Retired Greyhound Trust (IRGT) was established in 1997 and since then many thousands of retired Irish Greyhounds have been rehomed through, or with the support of, the IRGT.

Over the coming 3 months, every Wednesday they'll be bringing more #GreyhoundWednesdayWisdom which we hope will help people to learn more about greyhounds and help them prepare for thier new family pet.
