BITCH INCENTIVE FOR CLONMELS NATIONAL PRODUCE STAKES

Peter Farrell

As an extra incentive for this year’s Larry O’Rourke National Produce Stakes at Clonmel Greyhound Stadium, Michael Dunphy of ‘Droopys Stud’ will be kindly putting up a €1,000 prize for the bitch who progresses furthest in the stake.

The standard of females in the Country at present is of a serious level and this incentive will no doubt attract many to the Suirside venue in the hope of becoming the first bitch to land the trophy since Borna Survivor in 1999.In order for this brilliant bonus to take effect, there must to be a minimum of six bitches in the first round of the Classic.
