BALLYMAC DANICA WITHDRAWN FROM DERBY

Ian Fortune

Ballymac Danica was last night withdrawn from the second round of the Boylesports Irish Greyhound Derby.

Amongst the very best in training earlier in the year, she has had an interrupted campaign and, despite winning in good style last week, has clearly picked up another niggle.

Hopefully, the brilliant daughter of Ballymac Cooper and Ballymac Arminta was will be back in action in the near future. Her withdrawal means that trap three will be vacant in the final heat (Heat 16) of the second round on Saturday night.
