All at Curraheen Park are looking forward to tonight's racing along with the presentation of cheques to a couple of fantastic and most deserving charities.

The Bar One Racing Irish Greyhound Laurels was another special event this year and High Trend ran out a most impressive winner in the decider.

RACING ON THE TRACK

Danish Miracle stands out as nap material in tonight's fourth race at Curraheen Park. In the ownership of Fergus Slattery, the three-time winner comes here in great form and this rates a fantastic winning opportunity. Keeping good company in recent weeks, this looks like a big drop in class and the pacey selection should take full advantage. Behind a couple of really smart types over the last few weeks, Danish Miracle has displayed plenty of pace in defeat and a return to winning ways looks very likely. Ideally drawn, next to the rails, he should be in the mix early and he should prove far too strong for his opposition. Mary Mackey's Lads Blue Sky and Rings Rocket for John Naughton and Christy Ring are others with live chances.

Warrenstown Boy caught the eye in the open sprint on Laurel's final night and he should take plenty of catching in the seventh. Trained by Paraic Campion for owner Osmond Bennett, the 14-time winner has plenty of strong form in the book and the quick starting selection has the early pace to make every yard of the running from the rails pitch. Bartlemy Sile delivered a top-class performance last time out, clocking 28.48 around Youghal and she has the pace to feature. Owned by Peter Mannix, she's a very interesting runner from the outside of the track.

Da Gonzo stands out as a confident selection in the fifth of the night. Trained by Pat Kiely, the classy performer ran well in the A1 Kasko Derby around course and distance and he has strong from behind Jacktavern Bolt. If getting it right early on, he should then make every yard of the running. The class act of the race, he's expected to carry plenty of market support and he rates a strong bet on the card.

Rockforest Peg lands a narrow vote in the final of the Kitty Brett Memorial A4 525-yard stake. Quickest on the clock in the semi-finals, the selection has plenty of all-round pace and she should take plenty of catching for Kathleen O'Mahony. Clasheen Harbour is another real player for the Grassick family. Impressive last week, she was only eight spots behind the selection on the clock, clocking 29.17 and the early-paced lady should make a bold bid from the front.

 West Cork Lass can send Pat Kiely supporters on a high by making every yard of running in the closing race. With the plum draw, next to the rails, she has every chance of leading all the way. No stranger to big performances around course and distance, she should prove popular in the betting.
