“LORD” WOODS WITH A HAT TRICK

Tommy Woods had a night to remember at Enniscorthy on Monday night as he recorded a wonderful hat trick.

On what was a glorious evening in the sunny south east, Tommy saw his “Lord” prefix carried to victory by Lord Rocky, Lord On Time and Lord Dazzle.

The first two legs of the treble came from litter comrades Lord Rocky and Lord On Time. Both sons of Pat C Sabbath and Razldazl Beth were prominent from the outset before coming home in front. Lord Rocky made all to win in 29.67, while Lord On Time stayed on to lead late for a two length success in 29.81.   

Best came in the finale, however, as Lord Dazzle stopped the clock in 29.28. second down the back straight, the son of God Of Fire and Tidy UP Sandy took up the running at the third turn and eased on to score by three lengths. I’m sure Tommy was more than happy with his evening’s work and no doubt he has been “lording” it up ever since. Well done Tommy!
