It is with regret that we report the death of greyhound trainer, Michael Downes, late of Killaloe.

The death has occurred of Michael Downes, Clonfadda, Killaloe, Co. Clare; peacefully at The Lake's Nursing Home, Killaloe. Predeceased by his son Michael. Sadly missed by his loving wife Jannette, son Mark, daughters Nicola and Siobhain, grandchildren Mark, Joanne and Simon, great grandchildren Oisin , Seamus, and Lorcain; brothers Tim and Chris, daughters-in-law Judith and Leanne, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
