ANOTHER NICE WINNER AND A FINE YEAR FOR TRAINER ADAM DUNFORD

Trainer Adam Dunford has enjoyed a fine year with over 50 winners and he sent out another nice winner in Youghal on Saturday afternoon as Ballinakill Liam impressed when winning the €1,000 to the winner Yahoo Kennels ON2/ON3 Stake Final.

The son of Coolavanny Hoffa and Cunningar Spice, owned by the M W D Partnership, looked good on debut and he followed up with another smart winning run. Showing lovely speed on the back straight, the 4-7 favourite was in front at halfway and he pulled right away to beat Pappys Berry, by seven and a half lengths, in 29.64.
