Tonight’s Irish Focus on RPGTV promises to be a good one with so much to look back on from the past weekend and look ahead to in the coming days.
This will include the final of the Champion 550 at Shelbourne Park, the opening round of the Sporting Press Irish Oaks and the semi-finals of the Islandbridge Open Sprint from the same venue.
We will also drop in on Tralee for the semi-finals of the Lee Strand, to Cork from the semi of the Spring Derby, while we will also take in the semi finals of the Champion Open Unraced from Kilkenny. On top of all that we will have the final of the April Unraced from Enniscorthy.
Given the week that’s in it, we will also look ahead to the English Derby, paying particular attention to the 27 remaining Irish challengers. Yours truly will be in the studio tonight so there will be plenty of time to get stuck into the action.
The Irish Focus will commence after 7pm. There is plenty to discuss and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact the show via email or twitter and we’ll do our best to answer them.
Those wishing to tune on SKY are reminded that RPGTV has switched to channel 427. It can be viewed from 6pm. For those that can’t watch it on television, it is also live streamed at https://www.sportystuff.tv/#about or watched via the Racing Post’s own site https://greyhoundbet.racingpost.com/
